Our goal is to provide 24/7 emergency care by installing special push button phones that connect directly to our ambulance partners, the oldest ambulance service in Israel!
And, has an advanced emergency panic button, that is waterproof with a high-quality microphone and amplifier that reaches every room in the house. The alarm system is built with a fall detection sensor that recognizes an emergency situation even if the subscriber is unable to call for help. The emergency call center is open 365 days a year! The system also provides a survivor the ability to consult with a doctor from home. The center has a professional staff of medics and paramedics experienced in geriatric medicine and respiratory problems. With subsidized home doctor visits by caring and dedicated service people in coordination with an ambulance or an intensive care vehicle. And, the service is always updating contacts and/or family.

The president of A Cup of Cold Water is Mr. Ron Arnow, a Messianic Jew and co-founder of The Bless Israel Network has had long contacts with Ugandan Christians who love Israel, and that is why we support the orphanage in the village of Masada, near Mbale providing shelter, food, schooling and supplies, physical activity, creative outlets and most of all, love and concern for the children.
