Now and again, the NYC department of Artists in Christian Testimony international highlights a creator we see as having promise and either (1) gives them a grant outright to complete their work or (2) collaborates them along with the grant in order to get them to the next stage of their career.

Funding, as usual, will determine the scope of the project.
