Gregg has been in full-time campus and athletic ministry since his radical encounter with Jesus as a college athlete and record-setting quarterback at the University of Hawaii in February 1987.

Gregg met his amazing southern wife  Suzanne at their ministries School of Ministry and married in 1989. For over 3 decades they helped campus chapters worldwide, including starting ministries at U of Hawaii, CSULB, and UCLA. They moved their family in 2005 to Nashville to start Ten Days, the short-term missions department for Every Nation Ministries. Gregg has helped recruit and lead 67 teams and counting to 17 nations with over 3,000 participants from 8 to 78 years old and is just getting started.

In 2018 he launched a new ministry called ONE WEEK MISSIONS, a ministry dedicated to Inspiring, Activating, and Empowering Christ-followers into a Missional Lifestyle challenging them to get off the bench and into the game.

After losing his wife of 31+ years to cancer in the summer of 2021, Gregg continues their mission and vision to change the campus to change the world. He created a fund in her memory called Suzanne's Legacy Fund to help launch new full-time missionaries into their calling.

With a continued burden for athletes, Gregg founded Athletes Chasing Greatness in 2022: an outreach and community focused on the principles of Character, Commitment, Conviction, and Courage.

Even now, at 58 years old, Gregg is still actively involved on many campuses and teams, challenging young men and women to be great not only on the field but in the game of life.
